Welcome to THFC Space!
What is THFC Space?
THFC Space is discussion space for social housing sector Chief Executives, Finance Directors and Treasurers or equivalent, but all who are interested in social housing finance are welcome.
We aim to provide a arena for senior housing finance professionals within the sector to share views, comments and analysis of current issues affecting social housing from a finance and treasury perspective. As well as thought-provoking articles which stimulate discussion, we aim to bring you news and updates on THFC products, services and events plus interviews and articles by guest writers.
Why THFC Space?
It’s an unorthodox move for a finance company to branch out into on-line discussion forums, so why are we doing it?
• We are looking to differentiate THFC
• We’ve built up a loyal following of over 120 RSL customers of all shapes and sizes in the 20 years we’ve been around
• We often find ourselves bridging the gap between policy and action and asked for our view
• The breadth of policy coverage with a finance angle in the conventional press has receded over the last couple of years with journalists who understand the issues becoming rarer by the day
• The internet is more and more becoming a first port of call for news/opinion gathering
